Substance abuse applies not only to tobacco smoking and alcohol consumption, it includes all forms of drug abuse as well.
All types of drug misuse are promoted in our society today; many are especially being pushed upon young people. Numerous teens are facing various pressures of drug abuse.

Stimulants - Drugs which speed up one's normal bodily processes causing one to feel more energetic

Hallucinogens - Drugs which cause the mind to hallucinate, to "see" things in one's imagination
Cannabis - Drugs which come from the cannabis sativa plant and affect one's emotions and feelings
