IN HIS SERVICE
IN HIS SERVICE As we work in the kingdom of God
planting and sowing the seed,
giving our love and service
to help our friends in need;
our hearts can become discouraged,
when, in spite of all we've done,
the circumstances remain unchanged—
the victory not yet won.
But, then a still small voice within
speaks this message clear and bold:
"Keep your eyes on Me, my child,
as you work within the fold,
And I will give you perfect peace
within your heart and soul."
Father, we thank Thee that we can rejoice,
knowing Thou art faithful true and free; and as we labor in Thy service,
may we leave the results with Thee.
