How does the fact that we cannot observe evolution from one species to another today contradict the theory of evolution? How does it agree with creation? include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>9. Man's conscience and soul. All human beings are born with a conscience - a sense of God and of right and wrong. All civilizations, even the most primitive cultures, have some form of god and religious worship. A sense of the importance of one's soul is felt in all people - all feel to some degree the moral responsibility and accountability attached to the exercise of their will. include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>Human personhood, therefore, could not have developed from an impersonal, morally-void, material source. Man's personhood requires a personal, moral, and spiritual Creator. include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>How does the observable fact of man's conscience contradict the theory of evolution? How does it agree with creation? include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>10. The testimony of God's Word. The most important and irrefutable evidence of creation is God's Word. The Bible clearly states that "in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is" (Exodus 20: 11a). Evidences revealing that the Bible is the true Word of God were studied in Chapter Three. include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>God cannot contradict Himself. He cannot state that He has created the universe in a certain manner in His Word and testify of contrary realities in His creation. Therefore observable evidences of God's creative work are evident in His creation. include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>How does the observable fact of the testimony of God's Word contradict the theory of evolution? How does it agree with creation? Why is this the most important and irrefutable evidence of all? include "../doctrineincs/regufont.html"; ?>Do you observe and rejoice in God's creation? Do you pause to quietly hear His voice and see His hand in nature? Is creation the personal work of a personal God to you, or is it impersonal matter from an impersonal source and power? How should our view of creation be reflected in how we think of, and use it? How can we undervalue and misuse creation? Has God opened your spiritual eyes, enabling you to see His majesty in creation? |
